These terms cover your use of My True Style. By using the app, you agree to them.
My True Style gives AI-assisted style guidance: a colour reading, on-you visualisations of clothing, and a stylist that reasons about your colouring and wardrobe.
It is for inspiration and personal use. AI results can be imperfect: a try-on image is a visualisation, not a photograph, and styling and size suggestions are opinions, not professional, medical or financial advice.
You keep ownership of the photos and information you add. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the features you use, for example sending a photo to our AI providers to create a try-on, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, and that you will not upload photos of other people without their permission.
Use the app lawfully. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, sexual or infringing content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or use it to build a competing dataset.
Some features need a Premium subscription, billed through the Apple App Store under Apple's terms. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before then.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone's Settings, under your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Restore Purchases in the app brings back a subscription you already own, for example on a new phone.
The app shows products from independent shops. We do not sell those products, and prices, stock and sizes are set by each shop. Some shop links may earn us a small commission, at no extra cost to you.
The app depends on third-party AI services and may occasionally be unavailable, slow or return an error. We aim to fail gracefully and let you retry, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law, that cannot be excluded.
If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content and has no obligation to provide support for it.
You can stop using the app at any time. Me → Delete account permanently deletes your data (see the Privacy Policy); cancel any subscription separately in your iPhone's Settings. We may suspend access that breaches these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
